Short bio

Rafaella Fiorelli Martegani was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 1978. She  has received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad de la República, Uruguay, in 2002 and 2005; and the M.Sc and PhD degree at the Universidad de Sevilla, Spain in 2009 and 2012.  

Between 2000 and 2003 she had teaching and research activities at the Instituto de Física of the Universidad de la República, Uruguay. Later on, in 2003 she joined the Electrical Engineering Institute of the Universidad de la República, Uruguay, where she teaches basic and advanced courses of the Electrical Engineering  Carreer as well as research activities. Since 2009, she has been with the Instituto de Microelectrónica de Sevilla (IMSE-CNM-CSIC). Her current research includes the implementation of design methodologies of low power RF blocks and BIST test in RF. 

Nowadays, Rafaella Fiorelli is a postdoctoral researcher at IMSE and the University of Seville. Her  main research interests includes the implementation of design methodologies of low power RF blocks and BIST test in RF.She is co-author of more than twenty contributions to international conferences, four journal papers and two book chapters.
