MINCAS (Micro/Nanometric Circuits and Systems) is a research group formed by scientists and university professors of the Institute of Microelectronics of Seville, IMSE-CNM (CSIC) and the Department of Electronics and Electromagnetism of the University of Seville, SPAIN.
Our mission is to develop efficient circuit techniques and design methodologies using Micro/Nanoelectronic devices oriented towards industrial needs and technology innovation.
