Santiago Sánchez Solano 
Received the "Licenciado en Física" degree in 1980 and the "Doctor en Ciencias Físicas" degree in 1990, both from the University of Seville, Spain. Currently he is a senior researcher at the Instituto de Microelectrónica de Sevilla (Centro Nacional de Microelectrónica, Seville, Spain). His main research interests include VLSI design, CAD tools for microelectronic design, and hardware implementation of fuzzy controllers.
